I moved my family to a 5 acre property just outside Parker in 2001 when my son was a senior at Highlands Ranch High School. My wife and I were looking for more room, a place for horses, mountain views and a lifestyle to slow down and enjoy Colorado as the kids left for college. We certainly loved the country living even though we were quite close to every amenity you can imagine.
We built new homes and remodeled for our friends, neighbors, and even family members all over Northern Douglas County since 2001 and have really enjoyed living here. The Parker area has suburban style communities, 50 acre horse properties and everything in between. This is one of the fastest growing counties in the country and we are still living in Parker. We always seem to have a project or two going in Northern Douglas County, one of the best places to live and work I have ever seen.
