Custom wood details and traditional brick detailing tie the new construction into the existing elements providing a seamless finished home that fits beautifully into Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood. While keeping to tradition on the exterior, the first floor was remodeled to achieve an open floor plan with transitional finishes, and the basement was remodeled for more functional living space.
