We transformed this wonderful property into a forever home by extending the garage to provide ample storage and parking space. On the second floor, we expanded the footprint to accommodate two new bedrooms. To create a dramatic entrance experience, we designed a soaring 20-foot clearstory great room. Finally, to complete their private oasis, we installed a refreshing pool in the backyard, accompanied by all-new landscaping and hardscaping for a perfect blend of city convenience and a tranquil escape.
