The newly formed town of Centennial, Colorado is a very diverse and wide-spread community. We have everything from 75 year-old homes and business buildings to some of the newest modern buildings in the state of Colorado. Our office is in the DTC area of Centennial and many of our home and small office remodel projects have been in Centennial. This is a nice place to live and work for many of us. There are parks, trails, great entertainment and restaurants and just about everything you would want here in our backyard. We are a part of this city and it is also a part of our business

We are currently finishing up architectural designs for a $1.8 million dollar custom home in Greenwood Village, which is surrounded by Centennial. This will be a July construction start for us that we will finish up in 10-11 months. Now that plans and budgets are nearing 95% completion we are beginning to introduce some of our favorite construction lenders to our clients as we prepare to submit the building permit and utility applications.

With 6 months in custom home design and permitting, followed by 10-11 months in construction it may seem like a long process. It really can be if we don’t learn from the process every time we navigate it. There is always something new to note and be prepared for the next time around. But with a good plan we can make the most of the time we have and delight our customers with a well-organized approach to the custom home or custom remodel design and build process.
