Jackson Design Build has been proudly serving the Cherry Hills Village community for decades.

Jackson’s first custom home project in Cherry Hills Village was on Mockingbird Lane with the Bainbridge team. We followed true period architecture for an all-brick American Colonial Estate Home. The home turned out to be stunning and the new owners enjoyed it tremendously.

Since then we have designed and built several new homes and remodel projects in Cherry Hills Village and the surrounding neighborhoods. It seems like we always have a project going in or near Cherry Hills Village. There are so many beautiful homes, thoughtful enclaves and well-planned streetscapes there. We feel like it is one of the truly great places to live or work in the Metro area with such a wide range of home styles and values from half a million dollars up to well over ten million dollars.

Now with our offices only 3 miles away in Centennial we welcome every opportunity to work on a project for a Cherry Hills Village home or business owner. Kitchen and bathroom updates are the most common projects we see now with many of the homes over 20 years old.

We have also found the Cherry Hills Village Building Department to be development friendly while keeping with the high architectural standards that make this a beautiful place to live.

We refer to this South Metro Area affectionally as “The Villages” with Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills Village, Glenmoor, and Castle Pines Village farther to the South.
