As part of the collaboration, Ferguson will provide state-of-the-art lighting installations, Jenn-Air appliances, and American Standard–DXV plumbing fixtures, all selected to complement the home’s universal design and accessible-ready features.

Currently under construction at 1606 South Cook Street in Denver, the New Idea Home combines modern design with accessible-ready functionality. Once completed, the home will serve as a model for universal design, energy efficiency, and healthy living.
