Pushing the Limits of Custom Home Design
“Building a show home was one of the most challenging — and rewarding — projects we’ve ever completed,” said Billy Jackson, Partner at Jackson Design Build. “With high expectations and a strong commitment to quality, we had the freedom to do what we do best: build a beautiful, high-performance custom home.”
The project also supported the Home Builders Foundation of Metro Denver, a nonprofit providing home accessibility modifications for low-income individuals with physical disabilities. Through fundraising and outreach, the project raised awareness for accessible living and inclusive home design.

In addition to its NAHB Gold Award, The New Idea Home appraised for $50,000 more than its sale price and sold at full price to the first buyer who toured it — a testament to its craftsmanship, appeal, and thoughtful design.
