Lone Tree is another newly formed city in the South Denver Metro area. Located in between the fast growing cities of Highlands Ranch (not an incorporated city yet) and Parker, Lone Tree is home to one of the largest regional shopping malls in Colorado and is also where my kids grew up. There are many new homes, new business parks and new schools in the Lone Tree area.

We are looking at homes in Lone Tree every week listening to great remodel ideas from our clients and helping many homeowners move toward their “dream home” desires. Lone Tree is a truly remarkable gem in the middle of the robust growth cycle we are seeing in South Metro Denver.
