On the second floor, we’ll expand the footprint to accommodate two new bedrooms. To create a dramatic entrance experience, we’ll design a soaring 20-foot clearstory great room. Finally, to complete their private oasis, we’ll install a refreshing pool in the backyard, accompanied by all-new landscaping and hardscaping for a perfect blend of city convenience and a tranquil escape.

We are excited to provide an update on our construction journey! Significant progress has been made at the project site. Recently, we have been pouring the new foundation, starting the framing, and demolishing exterior finishes. Currently, framing is in full swing, and cabinets have been ordered and are en route. Windows and exterior doors are being installed, while electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and garage bedroom #4 are all roughed in. Additionally, the fireplace is now installed and ready for cozy nights ahead.

Today, we made a surprise visit to one of our homeowner’s properties. The excavator is still hard at work, grading and cleaning up the backyard to perfection.
