This breathtaking homesite is situated atop a peak on a 35+ acre parcel in the coveted Wildcat Point subdivision. We will continue site work throughout the summer and fall, as plans are finalized for this beautiful home. April, 2023
We’ve completed blasting and hammering rock to complete the excavation for the foundation of this custom design-build home. Footers are now being formed, and we’re continuing with under-ground utility installations.
March, 2023
Throughout the month of March, we made a ton of progress moving huge amounts of rock and dirt from the top of the hill down toward the road to continue building the driveway out. We opened up the driveway entrance for better access for construction vehicles, as well as RVs and other large trailers the owners will ultimately need to get in and out of the property. Late April and May will be focused on getting all utilities up to the house and pouring the foundation.
January – February, 2023
We started blasting the top of the hill on our homesite! this will allow us to generate the fill material we need for the new driveway, and continue to establish an accessible pad to start the construction activities for the new home. We should only be a couple weeks away from having a building permit released, and with this site work almost complete, we’ll be ready to start building!
November, 2022
We’ve drafted the front and rear elevations from our current design drawings for this custom home and we’re excited to watch this home come to life over the next few months.

The well pad has been established. Next steps are to get the well drilled & approved, then we’ll be excavating and breaking ground with explosives.
